Am sitting in Delhi airport with Natha and Budhia and reading your responses to Peepli Live. All of us are thrilled with the response. Most encouraging. It is amazing that a such an unusual film like this is getting so warmly received all across. A special mention here about the response of the media. The film is critical of all of us and that includes the media. However this film is getting strong support from the media. I have to say that the media is showing an amazing sense of grace and maturity. Especially since a film like this really needs, and I believe deserves, this kind of support. It is most encouraging to creative people like myself who are trying to our best to push the envelope. Thank you.
